Citizens Advice Bury and Bolton is a not-for-profit organisation here to help you with any issues you may have. They have highly trained, professional, and experienced advisors assisted by trained volunteers available to help you with any issue you may be facing with specialist advisers in the following areas: Welfare Benefits, Money & Debt, Community Care and Housing.

If your issue falls outside of these areas, don't worry. They can still help you with your issue as they work with several other partners and have access to Citizens Advice's unique information system. They can provide help and support to people who need it on a range of different issues.

Their services are focused on supporting communities who are most vulnerable and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded. They can help with housing and welfare benefit issues or deal with queries around community care issues. They can also advise on legal matters and answer questions about money advice too. In addition, they have lots of experience in family and personal matters too.
